I ordered a Michael Jackson hoodie for my granddaughter Nov. 27th. The company debited my account 2days later. Today is Dec26th and I still have not received the hoodie. I have called 12 times,I keep getting the message that the support staff is busy &they will return my call...no one has. I have filled out their email form 8 times. Still nothing. I ordered this for my granddaughter for Christmas. Still no hoodie and no money.
