One live media Music One live Rip off, scam, took my money, didn't recieve item, no response Austin Texas

I ordered via the Machinehead1.com official site. Their merch is done through a company called One Live Media. It was a Black Friday weekend deal that they were offering. I ordered the item Saturday, November 29 and funds were taken out of my account immediately. Later on that following week, I emailed them inquiring when I could expect it to be shipped out because it was a birthday gift for my boyfriend. They got back to me that day and told me it takes 3-5 days processing at which point it would be shipped out. 3-5 came and went as well as his birthday. Contacted them Tuesday regarding my order with no response within 24 hours. Called the 1-800 number and all they did was take my name, number and order number and told me they would call me ASAP which never happened. I attempted to contact them through Facebook as well as a number of other people have to no avail. We have posted comments on their wall in which they had the time and we're capable to delete and block those. I extended to their Twitter page where I found an even bigger abundance of people with this very same issue. I have made it known on the band page's and band members' pages of what is going on and have sent emails out to where I thought this could get the proper attention. We have just now made a call to Fox News 7 in Austin, Texas to pick up this story so as to make them aware they cannot get away with this. Call their tip line 512-472-0988.
