Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I have had a loan with One Main for years, but over a year ago I had heart surgery. Before I had surgery I could renew my loan with no problem...after surgery they deny me renewal even though I have kept up my payment. If you have a loan with One Main...don't ever get sick...you will never get another loan.

Maybe YOU told them false stories since you have all the answers for something you don't have the knowledge about. You apparently are the last person they speak to to approve loans. Now I understand! Tell eveyone what happened during my conversation with One Main, or maybe you're an employee yourself trying to cover up the fact they won't renew my loan because I am over 65 and have had surgery!

I did keep up my payments! Even when I wasn't working I had a little money saved up and the payments were made. As I said again they would renew my loan until I let them know I was having surgery and after that...they would not allow me to renew even though O had been making payments because I do get Social Security...maybe that's why they changed policy...I'm too old!!

If you kept up with your payments, there should be no reason they would know you had surgery.
It is very likely you are not telling us the entire story and your loan wasn't denied due to your surgery, but other factors.
