One Stop Motors Doesn't Disclose Payment is Non-Refundable, SCAMMMM! Beware!!! Las Vegas Nevada

This company pursued me after they saw my add on Auto Trader. They sounded great on the phone, but didn't disclose anything about the payment being non-refundable. I was in my car on the cell when they called...I didn't do my investigating on the company, and if I did, I never would have gave them my card number.

As soon as I got to a computer I found them all over this site and other rip off sites. I immediatly called and wanted to cancel, but as most everyone now knows they don't let you. I was never told about the non-refundable payment terms and felt betrayed. I immediatly called my CC Company (The GM Card) and cancelled my card, but I guess they had already charged my card.

This is the crazy thing, within two hours I cancelled my card, One Stop Motors provided me NO SERVICE and still took my money. Now The GM Card will not refund my money and I consider them (The GM Card) just as much of a rip off company as One Stop Motors. If there is any recourse I would love to know what it is.

The Government must start taking action on these companies, and individuals whom run these companies to protect the law abiding citizens of our great country. I hope this company gets what is coming to them and every individual that works for them (Karma).

NEVER USE ONE STOP MOTORS...THEY ARE LIERS AND THIEVES...DON'T BELEIVE A WORD THEY SAY...THEY TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN...AND THEY LIE...AGAIN AND AGAIN...
