I ran add with Auto Trader on my car. One Stop Motors called me and said they could sell my car for a lot more and I would have no problem selling the car. I could make back a lot more than the $448 cost of their service. I put it on my Visa card with Citi Bank thinking I could always contest the charge if One Stop turned out to be a fraud. Card was charged on 10/10/06. Pictures were sent on 10/16/06. I called One Stop to find out why I was getting no calls. They said they have had calls. They also said they screen the calls and only give me the ones that are serious. I called again later when no calls were coming in. I then lowered the price. Still no calls.

I then put on 4 new tires and changed the add. Still no calls. I lowered the price again. Still no calls. Credit card VISA through Citi Bank would not reverse the charge because One Stop did not really guarantee anything. However, they sure make it sound like you can't lose and they will get you more money. I have tried to access their web site several times.

Most of the time I can't get the pictures because of my pop-up blocker software through Nortons. I have to turn Nortons off to see the pictures. If my Nortons keeps out One Stop Motors then how many other potential customers are also kept out from seeing the pictures? My advise is do not use One Stop Motors. They are a scam. Use your own local paper or auto trader and stick to your own State.

One Stop Motors has a great thing going for themselves. Collect money, run adds on the net that people can't get to. What a deal. Their fraud is in telling sellers they can get a whole lot more for their car because they have all the buyers and one would more than get back the money you pay to One Stop for their services. They still lied. It looks like one has to look up Scam Alerts every time you want to buy something. Too bad our society is getting to that point, but, it is.
