Online Business Systems Looks can be deceiving Internet

For four months I was involved with the Online Business. I really believed that I would succeed. I met many of my "coaches" at a huge Herbalife convention. They were normal ordinary people like me. In my first month I did have supervisors under me but within a month they quit. I was then left with whopping bills on my credit cards that I couldn't pay off because everytime someone quits, you lose money and thus the reason there is so much pressure from the upline coaches. It was very stressful.

I put $15000 into the business on credit cards and loans because I believed that I would make it back the following month and my family would not suffer from the debt incurred by me. I still am a supervisor through Herbalife but I will no longer recruit. I found things to be very deceptive when the business and marketing plan were explained to me. In fact, I was under the impression that I HAD to order 4000 volume points.

They get themselves out of having any responsibility for what they tell people by telling you that the variable is you and if you fail it's because you didn't follow the system. I followed the system. I did everything my coaches told me and worked well into the following mornings trying to contact leads, and follow up with my people, and listen to the phone calls I was mandated to listen to. I made friends through this. I really do like some of the people but I found that the higher people were all money hungry and cared very little about anything in life other than buying new cars just because they were bored.

I met Shawn and he's a fast talker. He's very likable but when he made a comment to the people I was with at the table that if we weren't on the GET team by January, we'd be fired... Now, it was said in a "joking" manner but there was something that seemed truthful in that especially when the actions are basically to cut you off if you don't make money for them. That just made me think, how can I be fired if this is my own business?

It's truly not your own business. You have people above you and there is the constant worry of not making the 10,000 volume points every month. I love the Herbalife products. My personal experience is they have helped me not only lose weight but they have helped me with my fibromyalgia and have built my energy but the marketing through The Online Business I find rather unethical.

I also adore my coach who is above me and her coach. They really are good people but you have to be prepared to obscure the truth to those who join the online business. The longer I stayed in the more I would hear contradictions and I personally can't live my life trying to make money off of other people. I find that they prey on people's dreams and desire of financial stability. I know the products work and that's what kept me going. I honestly thought that they HAD to be honest if they were honest about the product results. That's why I was able to recruit.

I BELIEVE in the products but to become a recruiter is a gamble. I gambled and lost a lot. I not only lost money but I came very near to losing my family because I was so tunnel visioned in the business. I lost valuable time with my three year old and almost destroyed my marriage. It does take money to make money but be sure to know EXACTLY what you are getting into and if someone is not willing to answer your questions without giving a pat answer, run, don't walk away.

Oh, and one more thing...I thought this was good because I found the information on a Christian JobSite. I'm a Christian and the title of the job search was needed 7 more people to work from home.
