I haven't had an ebay account in a little over 2 years nor a paypal account so I have no need for their services. I did not offer or request any of their information or starter kit, or whatever it is they offer for $1.95 nor did I recieve anything but I was still charged $1.95 for that as well as $29.95. They've been withdrawing $29.95 from my checking account for the past 6 months now & everytime I end up being charged with an overdraft fee b/c they charge me @ the end of the month & I'm on a fixed income.
I didn't really notice these charges until 2 months ago b/c I do have automatic billpay for a few things so stupid me didn't go over every statement, looking at every charge like I should've. But now that I know I'm NOT the only one & have all the info I could find I'm going to call my bank right now & try to deal with them... I am hoping & praying they refund my money b/c everytime they charged me $29.95, the bank took a $38 overdraft fee & I just cannot afford to be out this money!
I will update as soon as I have something to report!
if anyone knows if there is or is going to be a class action suit against them please let me know! If there's not one already or one in the making then I think we have enough people to try & build one now!

I am currently out a total of $339.75
That's 5 charges of $29.95 and 5 $38 overdraft fee's. If nothing's done by Saturday, then there will be another charge for $29.95 & another $38 overdraft fee, which will then bring the total amount I am out to $407.70!!!!!
To me, that's totally unacceptable. I will not and CANNOT stand for it & just accept the loss since I'm a single mother with a 17 month old & am on a fixed income right now.
