Online Suppliers - Newave ripoff VERY MISLEADING I was toaken for $29.95 per month for 6 months! Internet California

I want to formally file a complaint against Online Suppliers.com-Newave Inc.

In March I went on line and saw an ad stating I could receive a membership information kit for a fee of $29.95. I was under the understanding that this was a one time only fee but since then I have had $29.95 taken directly out of my checking account. I was unaware until recently that this was being done.

I called the number on the information provided by my bank and was told that the terms of the agreement that after the "Thirth day trial" that $29.95 would be taken out of my account each month. This was done without my consent. I asked for a supervisor who agreed to credit me for two months but not for the 6 months.

When I asked for his supervisor he advised me that he was the highest level that I could speak to and that he has a supervisor but would not give me the name of his supervisor or any other information. This company is NOT credible.

I will never again order ANYTHING online!
