Ordered from www.onlinestoragesolution.com and made the mistake of paying for 2 years by paypal. The guy emailed back and forth real nice before getting the money. Then ignored me afterward. Didn't set up the server, didn't send any replies to my emails. Nothing.

I called and called, didn't pick up. I left messages, no response. Finally a year and a half later I called and the guy accidentally picked up (guess he didn't recognize the number). Sounded like he was on a cell phone. Said he'd look into it and quickly hung up. LOL.

This is not a professional operation. $32 is no big deal to me, but judging by the way they handle customer's money I personally would NEVER trust them with my data.
