This company is a rip off. Do not use. While the site states that it may be above the ticket value, it is outrageous. While I didn't read the fine print, I thought that I was working with a broker of ticketmaster. I thought the upcharge was the service fee, etc. I didn't realize that they were marking up the face value of a $27 ticket to $74.
