Response to Matthew, Oak Park, Illinois
I had good luck with TigerDirect initially and even received their small rebates but the $100 rebate on the BenQ 6100 projector has not been paid. It has been over 20 weeks. OnRebate.com is just a joke. At first the site just did not work then they wanted me to reregister and submit the proofs again but naturally they had been submitted initially and are no longer available. Copies are available and I intend to use them for further legal action.
We have just been ripped off by some lowlife crooks. If TigerDirect is the parent of OnRebate.com then we need to band together for a class action and get the promised funds or at least put them out of business. In the meantime do not buy from TigerDirect.com or any product requiring a rebate from OnRebate.com as they are just plain crooks.
Does anyone have a physical address for OnRebate.com and or TigerDirect.com? Does anyone know any of the directors or owners of these firms?
I have wasted too much time on these crooks now but I refuse to let them win. I have reported these matters to the Attorney's General of Florida, Delaware and California to hopefully initiate legal action to shut them down and put them where they belong - behind bars.

If you are having problems with your rebate status, you need to contact the issuer of the rebate, not the company you purchase it from.
