The confirmation email states this order will leave their warehouses in the next 3 to 5 days from when I ordered them & it has been almost 7 weeks. I still have not received any shipping confirmation & there has been no update on my order.

I have tried to contact them multiple times but no one has ever gotten back to me. They took the money out of my account & sent me the order confirmation email but I haven't heard from them since.
