Ripped off by Ontrendspower. They sent an email and it was such a good price for the arcticair. My husband ordered two and they took the money out of our account immedialely. Sent a confirmation email that we would expect our product in 3 to 4 weeks. Recieved nothing and we were going to contact our bank for help and I asked my husband to see if he could find their website but he found rip off with a lot of people who the company ripped them off also. Shame, they shoild be found and prosecuted for all whom have been ripped off.
