Ordered two Arcticair personal airconditioners early July.  Receipt and shipping info sent via email July 5, 2018 - info being 'product will leave our warehouse in the next 3 to 5 days and we will receive it at your home in the next 3 to 4 weeks'.  Should have read more closely as 'they' may have received it at my home because I never did.

Had, of course, been charged when order placed.  Am now disputing charge with credit card company.  Watch out.  I thought I was an old pro at recognizing scam artists but I was victum again.

ontrendspower I purchased two personal air back July 2018. I am still waiting to hear from them regarding the product, which has not arrived yet. Oh, and of course, it was paid for back in July. It seems it will be difficult to receive a refund, and/or the product. The company charged me for product that I have not received, since the order on July 2018 Internet
