Onyx Acceptance Corporation, a company that does car financing in Southern California, charged additional car insurance and late fees to my car payment every month for 8 months straight.

I informed them of the problem immediately with proof of my auto insurance via a fax copy. The problem only stopped after an investigation by the Better Business Bureau.

Onyx continued to harrass me about paying the eroneous fees despite the proof I continually produced. Had the BBB not contact them, they'd still be harrassing me today and charging extra fees. If one has a choice in a financing company, never, ever go with Onyx. The people who work there are extremely unprofessional.
