They are dishonest, insincere, and a rip-off.

I ordered Men's Small. The shirt received measured 16" across front which is NOT a Men's small by any company's standards.

Customer service sent a sizing chart link (not found through their home page). Even by their chart I ordered the correct size. I asked that the shirt be redone. Customer service sent a 'form-type' email regretting they could not help me and apologizing for the inconvenience.

REALLY??!!??? Wasting my money on them is more than an 'inconvenience'. I expect them to stand by their advertised sizing. The shirt is for a small boy NOT a man. BEWARE of doing business with ooShirts!
