We did receive an application from Ms. Hastings on 5/31 at 3:08pm CST. The application was immediately declined because the information submitted by Ms. Hastings was below our minimum guidelines. She stated on her application that she make $6.88 per month for her gross monthly income. We obviously knew that was incorrect so within minutes of our system automatically declining her, we reached out to her to gather the corrected income amounts so we could complete the processing of her application. As of the time I am responding to this unwarranted complaint, we have yet to hear back from Ms. Hastings.

We can only process an application with the information provided to us from the customer. Had we had teh correct information up front, none of this would have occured.
