Opiate Awareness Institute is a scam.The physical address is a boarding house being rented by his friend.The CEO Ronald D Hayward is a convicted felon and a swindler.He is expert in computer since that he learned while encarcirated.He was convicted for passing a fake money order in Honduras and incarcerated for almost 8yrs..He also was convicted and went to prison for posesion of unlicense firearms and illegal drugs with entend to sale in the states.He is not qualified to be a drug councelor nor does he have a fishing expidition like he claims in his website.He does not have nor could get a decent job because of his criminal records.When I fired him as my IT guy ,he turn around and blog me with no evidence or foundation.Be very careful when dealing with this man.He is a scammer and dangerous.If youi want to find him, He lives at Madiera Beach municipal marina on a boat that was donated by the people he conned.

The CEO of so called Opiate Awereness Institue Ronald Duane Hayward AKA Ron Hayward have a lengthy criminal records history to include ,but not limited to Felony crimes,misdemeanor crimes,,and traffic violation for motor vehicles and water Vessels.His Criminal history goes back to 1979 to 2015.Not including his encarceration in Honduras ,State of Texas and Florida.He does not have a permanert adress .The Opiate Awareness institutute address in their Website is a mail store and renting a PO Box there #133.The Madieara Beach Municipal Marina have charged him with tresspassing by bringing shadowy characters at the marina.Another trespassing was filled against him by Publix for docking the donated boats at their property illegaly..If you have any question about him you coud contact the Pinnelas County Sherrif's office,Pinellas County clerk of courts,Alachua County Sherriff's officeor Alachua County Clerk of Courts Record.He put me as his treasurer of thje so called non profit organization with out my knowledge,when he was confronted by me he started to spread so many lies about me.Please be awere !!! Everything that I stated here is documented.

From our location, to the programs,and up to the false accusations... Every statement made by this person is unsubstantiated and false... Our office is in a business complex and has been for several years.. I was never on that person's payroll for any position, yet she was the treasurer of OA I until it was discovered she was abusing pain medications related to her cancers.. I paid cash for my 28 Sabre sailboat, purchased from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, totally verifiable... & I donated my sailboat to the organization just this year... it is this woman's addiction that prevents her mind from working correctly, resulting in her dismissal from the organization.. it saddens me to have to respond to such accusations, but I am even more saddened by Emmy Jean Timko's diminishing mental and physical health... our prayers are with her...
