opticsfast charged more for services than quoted. then witheld my property when i did not pay thier escalated price Nationwide

several weeks ago i sent a pair of eyeglasses to this company to have them repaired. i checked the companys web site and it said it would cost me 45 dollars for my particular repair ( replacing one end piece) i also called the company for shipping authorization and i specifily told them this is the only work i want done. i also filled out their on line form stating that i only wanted one end piece replaced. a coupel of weeks after i sent them my glasses they sent me an invoice for 185 dollers for other repairs that i did not request nor did i authorize. this company still has my glasses. i am willing to pay the price i was quoted to recieved my property back. if opticsfast is not willing to do this then they can keep my glasses and send me a check for the 200 dollars i originally paid for them
