Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I responded to a free trial offer and gave my credit card info to cover shipping costs.
Suppliments came after trial period was over and my cc account was charged $89.99 and another $88.99 two weeks later.
I called the number on the CC statement and got a "representative" who said I had enrolled in an auto ship program. She agreed to accept the unopened bottle and refund the last shipment but would not refund the original one that was supposedly free.
