Haven't even had a chance to try and already being billed for future pills. 14 day trial and only 10 days since placing order and another 87 bucks gone. Great Christmas present.
I get the auto bill contract you sign up for, but disregarding your own policy is illegal in my mind. Called the AUTOMATED customer service and canceled future orders with both Optimal Stack and the Trigg companies immediately after seeing the charge.
Optimal stack charged me an additional 38 bucks and the other said to expect an 87 charge from them. I can possibly get a refund if I call after 5 he next shipment that's already on the way. Or are they talking about the first shipments that already arrived. This is rediculous.
This is the last thing I need at Christmas. Trying to do last minute shopping and nearly 200 bucks is gone.
These guys need to be stopped. Or held responsible for their own contract.

Hello,
Since this product is also affiliated with Elevate GF (another great product made by the same company), I believe I can offer a suggestion to those who are interested in this and other products manufactured by this company. After calling the representatives inquiring about the terms and conditions and why people were being billed on the 11th day, I was told the trial terms had changed right then and there. Instead of lasting 14 days, the trials now last only 10 days, which is why it's important to contact the company in case there are any sort of changes in the policies as they are the only ones that know what is really going on.
I hope this advice helps anyone else looking to use Optimal Stack and I also do hope it's read by enough people to hopefully end false assumptions of being scammed or being deprived of money in a "fraudulent" manner.

According to the information you provide the original 1.95 to 9.95 should be all you pay if you call within 14 days if "this product is not for you". And if you do so you will avoid paying the full purchase price.
So again, when canceled after just 10 days why am I being charged for the next months supply?

Looks like they're NOT violating the terms and conditions. I don't see the Ripoff.
