Optimum one health is a scam they have been taking hard earn money from my account every month and providing less then 3% in coverrage come to find out they misrepresenting the plan as health insurance when the plan is nothing more than a discount card or  health card. as of monday morning i will no longer allow these crooks to access my account any more. there  full of s***. these bandits have taken advantage of poor hard working people like myself far to long. i have a member sense 03-2014 they have stolen roughly 3000.00 dollars from they even had to nerve to refuse payment of a sleep apena program that my doctor deem a necessary. when i question them i got somebody will get in contact with you till this day no answer. this is the final draw im feed up with them im going to get my lawyer involve now.
