We paid for a loan modification on our primary residence only to get ripped off by Jared Kelly of Option 1 Network. We are still in limbo after 7 months!
We had a hardship that lead us to miss home payments so we hired Jared with Option One Network to do the job only to see his company dissappear without a trace!
He out-sourced the second phase of the paper work to a company in Florida called mod-start who told us today 7 months later that option 1 network went out of business for fraud and is gone without a trace!
Our family has been stressed for physical problems as well as financial difficulties beyond our control along with un-employment and medical issues . Now we are worried about the possibility of even worse outcomes!
Wow. This sucks! I hope the authorities catch this crook!
