Option One Mortgage Corporation Mis-Managed Mortgage funds and forced into Foreclosure! Irvine California

Option One Mortgage forced us into foreclosure due to their inept and I believe fraudulant actions. One month behind and we are losing our home and they will not correct their mistakes! Unbeknowest to us they applied part of our April payment to our escrow and did not apply the rest of the payment. They applied other monies to a March payment that was already paid! All our statements indicated they received our monies and we were current. Our May payment arrived June 9 (we were behind a month...so we thought) Oops...too late they said...they returned it since they filed foreclosure June 6, 2008. Now, they are asking for $10,000 (fees and 3 months of payments)

Though the amount changes everytime we call...if we can even understand them! Oh...and how bout those harrassing calls we've had to live with 24/7 since we fell one month behind in March! We have a fixed rate and equity in our home, so we have an appointment with an attorney. I am definitely interested in a class action lawsuit. I have contacted the FTC, BBB, Attorney General, Governor's office, etc. I was so shocked at all the complaints against them and can't understand how they are still in business, they should be in jail!!!
