Option One Mortgage Left Our Family Homeless on March 2008 Los Angeles California

Let me begin by thanking everyone that wrote their story especially this web site for being brave in sharing thier voices .We bought our home in 2003 Option One morgage were the ones who financed us we gave 8000.00 down , our contract 15 yrs. at 790.37/monthly everything was good until the middle of the yr. 2007 we always had extra charges that i didnt ever find out about we made arrangements and pd them off completely than in about a few months later there they were again again , that went on for a year.
Then on we got behind on 2 our payments because of medical @ sending 2 of our daughters to college so i called them repeatly @ i could never get anywhere they never let me know I could apply for a modification loan till I went for a walk in at an attorneys office to see if bankrupcy would help me, it wasnt for us we could afford it ,its just we got behind . I send the 2 pyments within the next couple of weeks thinking we wernt behind @ everything was good well I get them back and they want to foreclose on our home in which weve pd. half way already . My sister gives me a # to call its a Co. who do foreclosure resolutions and we pay her 800.00 then she contacts them and they wany 4000.00 down @ our pyments go up to 1300.00for 6 months then they go back to 790.37 on the 7th month so we agree so we wont loose our home . during this time my 3rd daughter had just givin birth to a baby boy @he had some complications we were raising my 1st grandaughter which was 1 1/2 while my oldest daughter continued her college @ worked after school and we had a 17 yr old (senior in H.S.) she was top 15 in her school . They were as worried as us on loosing our house but after signing the contract w/ Option One about the ageement we made @ send them the $ we were all crying with joy and promised ourselves NEVER to be in that situation again . Within 2 weeks of us sending the 4000.00 we send 1300.00 we send it in 2 wks. early the co. send it back 2 wks later and the representitives said there was no acoount under our name or our acct. # with them I was going crazy calling about 15 times per day I couldnt get anywhere with them they would put me on hold @ hang up .5 days later a constable or sheriff came to my house letting us know we had 24 hrs. to get our belongins out or they woud I HAD 24 HOURS to move everything out i was on my kness crying WHY LORD WHY ? I called my husband to come home from work of course this could cause him his job he works in the rigs @ has to be gone 7 days , he comes home and my family @ friends are moving everything to my familys houses in the rain I might add. 24 hrs came s to soon the sheriff @ other people came @ took the rest of my stuff furniture clothes etc...out on the curb in front of all my neighbors it was horrible ... The sheriff did tell me that the house had been sold to a bank in which I cant state ,i called them and they did indeed bought my house it appears Option one never took my house out of foreclosure after the agreement ...so me and my family @ grandkids were left HOMELESS on March 23,2008 . I got an attorney and its been a year and Option One Morgage hasnt responded to my lawyer or something like that. Weve relocated with my husbands in laws that were willing to take us a family of 7 we are still hanging on hoping some justice will come out of this .. I will never give up i hope i stay srong so yes Option One Mortgage left us homeless my husband lost his job within a couple of months of this because he was having trouble focusing on the job in where he has like 24 persons under him it was a difficult time and still is for us if some one can help or give us advice i'd appreciate it thank-you .
