I have some questions for my fellow consumers.
When I 1st heard of the lawsuit poated about on ripoffreport.com, I contacted the Law Offices for 2 reasons. One was to help in any way I can. And 2. Was to inquire about the possibility of a class action law suit for the rest of us. The Attorney I spoke to seemed interested. He was quik to say that Options was not part of the lawsuit, and that it was against specific agencies. I read that Options will be included soon.
I posted previously asking for all of your help. As of right now, I am more than dissapointed. Tey, Justin, Sandy, Dave - EVERYONE!! Is everybody all talk?!? Does anybody want to do something about this??? I am telling you that we band together, we have willing representation and a substantial chance at shutting them down ourselves. PLEASE!!! RESPOND!!! LET ME KNOW THAT YOU ARE WILLING TO TAKE A STAND!!!! FILE A RIP-OFF REPORT!

Hmmmm... could Ms. Natalie be an Options Employee???
Well, I thought I was clear, but I will go over it a little more slowly so not to upset you the way you obviously are.
The lawsuit I referenced is the same one that Dave was kind enough to share on previous posts. I presonally have contacted a lawyer that might be interested in representing some former employees of Options. I am not going to disclose the lawyers name. I dont think that is anyones business until they have agreed to be a part of them. I have no idea what your babbling about generalities and such. There is nothing general here. Furthermore, the first sentence of your post "what exactly is your point" kinda silly dont you think?
My point is LETS PUT OPTIONS OUT OF BUSINESS.

ELIZABETH,
We are doing something about it...Tey, myself and others are deep in the trenches...you need to go through Frank T. with Rip Off Report to join us. You have to understand, it's dificult to know who to trust....cool? Watch some NATIONAL magazine shows here in the next few months. Options will go down, we have them on the run and they are scared...I have proof, you'll have to believe me for now or it will ruin the cover. Smile and be patient.....their time will come!

Dear Elizabeth-
What exactly is your point?
Your posting here is full of generalities that it's difficult to believe or even understand what you're trying to say. What Law Offices did you contact? Who did you speak with there? Under what judicial jurisdiction (circuit court) was this class action lawsuit filed? Which judge made this determination? You just can't go about filing class action lawsuits as if you were picking daisies in a field of flowers you know. Stop with the rabble rousing. If you have legitimate complaints with REAL information, then post it. Otherwise all you're really doing is spreading libel and defamation and that open YOU up to legal action.

I would like to join you in getting the company. I have access to a lot of inside information and would like to help get this company.
I think the concept is good, but needs to overhaul the management.
