Optum Health Bank Health Savings Account N/A Nationwide

I have ordered a secondary HSA card 3 times and NEVER received them! Supposedly, they place the order & ship them, however, the card never got to me.

I requested Tracking information for the shipment, however, they do not provide tracking for secondary cards... So you're telling me that it's not as important for other members covered by this plan to receive their card? If you can provide tracking for 1 card, why can't you provide it for ALL cards?

Why do their records SHOW the card they "mailed" was never activated?? Because it was never sent! I have tried to get this secondary card for THREE YEARS and still nothing!!

But, of course, the only thing I can do is call Customer Service and hear the same thing everytime... aka there's nothing they can do but send out another card.

This is beyond frustrating!
