I sent my phone in to orangeoffer.com and they quoted me 357.65 for a Brand New Galaxy Note 16gig.   I Printed shipping label , packaged my new phone never opened , in store ATT box , and packaged it up and shipped it off , now they state it didnt come in new box and they will only pay me 250 bucks , they say to reply if I accept or decline , of course i declined..

Three days past , the reply , we cant promise you will get your exact phone back since its been added to our inventory , but we will do our best to assure you get what you sent in..   Its been weeks I havent got a single thing and they wont reply to my messages anymore , Im about to drive to there location and find this Doug guy that signed for my package..   Looking to file a law suit against and get back whats mine , I have video of me packing the box , images and all the proof if anyone needs it , cause my gut told me to make sure i covered my a*s , should of stuck with my gut and went with the legit company for the lower price of 315 , but atleast I would have got my money..

email me if you want to go after this company , and find these people that are scamming people left and right of there hard earned money..

RE: Number

AUTHOR: Mario P - (United States of America)

Thanks Man!  You been a great help!  I just got emailed from them stating the check was supposedly issued and I should be receiving it shortly.  Did you get paid by check as well?  If so, was the check good?

I've seen a report already where someone received a check from them in the small amount of roughly $60 and it bounced-- and they told this person to redeposit it.  Was just curious.   If I do get the check, I will definitely be calling to check on availability of funds on it- for sure.  Thanks Again.

Samsung Galaxy S3 16GB and 4 iPhone 4 8GB they have of mine right now.

Hey Jim,

Have you heard anything or received anything back from these people yet?  If not, have you or are yo thinking of gong there to get back what belongs to you?  They have A white Samsung Galaxy  S3 SCH i535 16 GB and 4 iPhone 4's 8GB Black Verizon Models of mine out there.  I have all IMEI numbers of each phone on record.  They gave me a price of $180 each on the iPhones and $325 for the Samsung.  All of them less than 30 days old-- iphones in original boxes with plastic still on the phones- never used.  Samsung i its original box in like new condition.  Emailed me the day after they received them, offering the lower price stating they all have scratches and no boxes.  DUDE!  If you're seriously going to get your phone back and if you go out there, I can give you IMEI numbers on the phones I sent them and give you permission to pick them up and ship them to me with a pre paid label I would send you after you got back home.  I dont have a way to get there right now, or I would have left already, and I'm trying to get my hands back on these phones before they end up lost somewhere and never found.   Let me know whats up man... Thanks!

Orange Offer Revenge

AUTHOR: its_organic - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, October 26, 2012

I just got ripped off too. I think what you should do is file another case with their company. Then use the orange offer shipping tag to ship a heavy package, with nothing but heavy things. This will make them have to pay for a very heavy package with no valuable things inside.

Please pass this on to others that are ripped off by orange offer. Sooner or later this company will be losing thousands of dollars, and be forced to shut down their services.

Best of luck.
