Orangeoffer.com is a scam! They have possession of my brand new phone that they quoted me $346 to buy. I sent the device via UPS and the shipping label they provided. UPS WAS SUCCESSFUL IN DELIVERY to some guy at front desk named mike. Everything was going well until they stopped responding to emails, my claims started disappearing saying they had been resolved , and the transaction was said to be complete my money available to pay pal within one business day. It has now been over four days and no money as well as no coorespondance. I have issed a claim with the BBB AND will contact the authorities. Make sure you do not use this website. Use gazelle or something credible! I made that mistake and am now dealing with Theft by deception of my product that I owned and they have now I guess...stolen? So I will be taking the necessary means to resolve this. Once again do not use this website or company if you hold any value in your cellphone or tablet. There are plenty of reputable resellers that WON'T LIE AND STEAL from another individual. Also there is no phone number on the website, first clue, but that does not mean I don't know the address and the names of the people that need to be exposed. What's funny is this could easily be resolved but they have made no effort to do so. So I will be taking every action possible unless they hold true to promises.

Orangeoffer.com Is Fine

AUTHOR: Woodrow1 - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, March 12, 2015

I have had no such problem with them.  I've sold 7 phones to them.  As long as YOU are telling the truth about your phone condition and don't lie or exaggarte that it is new or not damaged when you send it in they will pay accordingly.  Two of my phones were damaged and I was honest about it and got paid the damaged price.

I was paid in a timely fashion and I was very careful to be accurate about the condition of my phones that I turned in.  I also included as much of the original packaging as I could.  As long as you are in good order and can evaluate your phone properly from them you should have no problem.

Orange Offer Revenge

I just got ripped off too. I think what you should do is file another case with their company. Then use the orange offer shipping tag to ship a heavy package, with nothing but heavy things. This will make them have to pay for a very heavy package with no valuable things inside.

Please pass this on to others that are ripped off by orange offer. Sooner or later this company will be losing thousands of dollars, and be forced to shut down their services.

Best of luck.

Hi- I recently sent me phone in and have not heard back from the emails I sent them. My status still says waiting for phone and I mailed it on Tuesday- it is not Sunday. I am so worried I got riped off! You said you know addresses and names of people from the company? Could you please share because I would like to look further into it! I was quoted 170 and really don't want to be ripped off :(
