Warning, do NOT recycle a cell phone for money with OrangeOffer.com / eBlaze Services Inc. I'd also recommend avoiding CellTradeIn.com, Cash My Cellphone, ChargeSavvy.com, SwiftPaySystems.com, eMobile Man & Menu Taste LLC as they appear to be affiliated with one of the owners and the business address. They are crooks and will take your phone without paying you the money.

 

They received my two phones combined value of $190 on 4/28/16, roughly five months ago. My phones were in pristine and in perfect working condition. I have yet to receive my money or phones and have gotten the run-around ever since.

 

They seldom answer emails & Facebook messages and never answer phone calls. The last time they responded to me was 6/27/16 to tell me they would send my phones back and still no resolution.

 

This company's address is 2140 W Fulton St, Chicago, IL 60612 and is owned by Ken Haller & Thomas Wells. Ken tells me, "Bob, this is one of a dozen companies my hedge fund owns, I have zero to do w/ day to day operations." & "Please do respect my time, you don't contact the owner of Mcdonalds when you have a problem with your burger."

 

Verizon has placed the phones on their lost/stolen list for me to make it so the phones cannot be reactivated and I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission but there isn’t much else that can be done.

 

Please heed my warning and learn from my mistake. Avoid these companies and any other company associated with Ken, Thomas and that address at all cost. I have noticed some changes in address along with website and Facebook pages to some of these companies since my, earlier, investigation. Sorry for the lengthy post.
