Orange Offer Company stated they would pay me for my old phone and I have never received payment and they have my phone. Internet

On 11/225/12, I sumitted a request on line to sell a iPhone 3s 8GB with Orangeoffer.com. They replied to my email on 11/25/12 indication offer# 1353904018 and an offer of $50.00. The also provieded me a printable UPS shipping label to send them my phone.

On 12/1/12, I received a email from Orangeoffer.com that they have not received my package and that I had 5 day from the date of the email for them to receive it. I knew at that point my package was in route to the company. Then on 12/4/12, I received an email from Orangeoffer.com that they received my package and my device is being inspected. I should received an email in 1 to 24 hours regarding my payment.

I then heard nothing back from the company. So on 12/7/12, I emailed the company to get an update on my offer. On the same day I received an email from Sheyla from Orangeoffer.com stating that they received my phone and that there was a revised offer. To check my spam mail if I have not received it.

I checked my spam mail and on 12/8/12, I receievd an email from Orangeoffer.com stating that the revised offer is $40.00 and that I need to follow a link to accept the offer, or decline the offer and have my phone returned to me. I followed the link and accepted the offer. The site then indicated that I would received payment within one business day into my Paypal account.

On 12/12/12, I emailed Orangeoffer.com stating that I accepted the offer and have not received payment into my PayPal account. I have not receieved a response from the company. Prior, whenever I emailed them before receipt of my phone, the replies were quick to come. Now, they are not responding.
