A charge on my Verizon telephone bill that was never requested. Orbit.telecom charging $14.79 for Orbit Vmail 1X setup. No contact number to call a customer service to find out why I'm being charged. This charge is date 10/28/04. Enhanced Services Billing Inc. (ESBI) 888-296-3724. Stating Your Local telephone service will not be disconnected for failure to pay the charges on this portion of your bill. IF YOU FAIL TO PAY THESE CHARGES, THE SERVICE PROVIDER MY PURSUE COLLECTIONS INDEPENDENTLY.

How can you be charged something you did not order? I'm afraid this service accesses phone lines to hack into home computers and intercept private information when paying bill over the phone and pc.

Orbit Telecom - ENHANCED SERVICES BILLNG INC We had cinn bell phone and they without our knowing it charged us $15.00 for voicemail service that we do not need or want and now we have to pay it and we have never even heard of this company, so look out they are telling your phone company that you orderd this service and chargeing for it and there is nothing your phone company can do, it will just come on your bill saying new provider Internet
