Ordian ripoff California

I also as did many others apparently, answer an add in the newspaper for an admin support job. I also talked to Irene Davis who told me i would receive the package in 3 weeks and i paid for it with a check over the phone. I am fortunate enough that i only did it 2 days ago and i am stopping payment on the check because of what i have read here. I'm just trying to find a job and with gas prices rising and being a mother I thought this would be a good opportunity. It's so ridiculous that they can get away with this. I am going to call the newspaper that the ad was in and the local news stations so hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else around here. There was a couple of things that red flagged me but i paid before i totally checked into it. Hopefully since i did check into it we can stop payment and not lose out too bad.
