Oregon State Lottery Control payouts on VLT's Redmond Oregon
*Author of original report: UPDATE ON OREGON LOTTERY
Another person just posted an article about how he has lost money playing video poker. The Oregon State Lottery is ripping off the Oregon public by controlling the payouts on the video lottery games. Take it from a regular player that now sees MANY regular players complaining about how bad it is. They just keep taking everyone's money and never pay out substantial wins at any time. Truly shameful for a state agency to rob it's own people.

UPDATE ON OREGON LOTTERY
AUTHOR: skutchka - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Friday, July 13, 2018
Hi people, I am going ahead with my civil suit against the Oregon State lottery for misrepresentation and deceptive practices. My main argument is that the video lottery terminals use "RNG" randon number generator computer programming which is controlled by the lottery and these machines display the ODDS for winning on their payout screens. Well the ODDS are not truthfully advertised, because a "RNG" programmed VLT is set up to be random, which means every time you push play the game resets. So in truth these games are not games of odds like the public is lead to believe, they are games of chance. Last year the Oregon State Lottery revenue for such games was over $900 million dollars. It is a shame the low income, hard working residents of Oregon are ripped off by their own government. I will update my report when new info is available.
