Organica Network Provides fraudulant email address as a means of contacting them 3 weeks to ship with 1 week to cancel Ripoff Denver Colorado

I ordered NiteTrim, the first bottle was only a couple of dollars for the shipping charge only. The agreement stated that you have 30 days from the day that you order to decide if you want to keep getting the product or not, or to cancel any future shipments.

It took THREE WEEKS for me to receive this order, leaving me only 6-7 days to try out the product! By this time, I received an email telling me that $52.90 had just been taken out of my account, when only 28 days had passed since my first order! Remember, this company told me I had 30 days to decide!

Well, another week has passed, and I went back to their website to contact them to tell them to cancel any more future orders, and all I was allowed to do was make out a contact "ticket" that was located on their web site! I made out several tickets telling this company to cancel any more future orders. I have still not received a reply from this company yet!

So, I did a "google search" on this company to try to find a phone number so that I could call them, because they do not supply you a phone number via their website! They only supply you with a email address, which does not work!

When I did the search I found this ripoff report that had been made out on this same company just days before, so I actually found the phone number for this company via the other ripoff report!

I called the company and was placed on hold for some time, and finally the lady came back on the phone with me and I told her my story, and she told me that she was cancelling any more future orders. She told me that if I did not was the other order that was shipped out, that I would have to call them back and get this "number" that I would have to write on the outside of the package before shipping it back to them in order to receive a refund, which would not be for the full amount that was taken out of my checking account!

I will just take the 52 dollar loss, but I can tell you that I will NOT be ordering from this company again, and I am still waiting to see if the lady was telling me the truth about cancelling any future orders! I certainly HOPE SO.....
