Do business with Organica Network and you will pay...bigtime! Not only does the product not work, but they are notorious for charging your account, taking their own sweet time in delivering the product, and then ignoring you for anything else but to charge your account again...and again...

When I ordered the product, the company promised a free trial period of 30 days. The understanding was that if you were unhappy with the results, you could cancel before your account was charged for a subsequent order.

However, it took over two weeks for the product to arrive, and little did I know that the clock was already ticking on my 30-day trial. I had only been using the product for about 10 days when my card was charged for the next order.

Since I had not seen even the tiniest of results, I decided to ship the order back and forget about it. When I called the company, I was told that I had to write the item return number on the package and my account would be credited within days of receipt. A month later, I still had not seen my refund, but was again charged for another shipment...The representative refused to give me an item return number until AFTER I received the product.

When I finally did receive the product, I called...and called....and called. I left dozens of messages, and never got a response. I sent email...after email...after email.... Finally, after sending the same email to them about a dozen times in row--one after another--They finally sent me a computer generated response "Thank you for contacting us, blah, blah, blah".

I was so mad, I sent a flaming email, letting them know how I felt about their inefficiency and poor customer service. They finally emailed me with a second item return number. About the same time, I finally got a refund for the first shipment--LESS 30% THAT THEY DEDUCTED FOR A SO-CALLED "RESTOCKING FEE"!!!

Just to be clear, everyone knows that restocking fees are generally charged by manufacturers of electronic equiptment. They are meant to cover the cost associated with refurbishing or repackaging electronic equiptment, so that it can be resold. In the case of Organica Network, there are no costs involved with taking a bottle of pills out of an envelope and then reselling them to the next unsuspecting soul. Not only that, but 30% is the highest restocking fee I have ever heard of, even for a legitimate purpose! Organica Network is simply generating extra revenue under the guise of it's "restocking fees".

Nearly a month later, I am still waiting for a refund on my second shipment. Of course, phone calls and emails continue to go unanswered...

Do business with this company and you will pay... I'm out nearly $300 as of today and if I ever get my "partial" refund, I'll still be out about $160. I wish I never heard of Organica Network!
