I ordered remotes from this company on the 25th of April, I received a confirmation of payment on the 27th, a confirmation of shipment on the 30th, it is now the 15th of may and I have not received my order. After a little research, which I should have done in advance, I have found a few others who have had the same problem as I. If this company is actually legit, they need to revise their shipping procedures, I have ordered hundreds of products from the web, some having been shipped via usps, none have taken this long to deliver.

There are a few other forums out there where the company defends itself saying that they have had problems with ups and fed ex losing packages and updating tracking info falsely and losing packages. Ironically the email that they sent me said that they were looking into using ups to get better tracking info?

Although they are prompt in replying to inquiries, I am very skeptical as to whether I will receive my products. It has now been 15 days since the supposed shipment and still nothing. If I do not receive the products by the end of the week I will be contacting visa to crdit my account and also will contact the bbb and the usps fraud dept.
