I ordered a keyless remote for a 97 Saturn on 6/30/08. Received an email the same day with invoice information and a charge of $42.49 showed up on my credit card. On7/6/08 received an email stating the product had been shipped. I waited a couple of weeks and when the product never arrived, I tried to contact Original Keyless by phone and always got a voice mail. I emailed them on 7/22 and received a response from Nicole C on 7/24/08. The email only contained information I already had such as the invoice info and Signature confirmation number. I entered the number at USPS for tracking information and received the following message:

Label/Receipt Number: 9121 8052 1390 7081 8185 49
Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on July 6, 2008 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item.

This is the same message I still get today! So I hope they don't even try to suggest that they have a signature confirming delivery!! You can copy and past the number into the USPS tracking system and try it for yourself! I also signed up for tracking information to be sent to be via email and there has never been any activity reported on this number.

I contacted the local post office and they said that this signature confirmation number does not guarentee that the item has actually been mailed. Only that the company scanned it and generated a label. The Post Office said that they scan all items before sending them out for home delivery and they have no record of this shipment ever arriving at our local post office.

SO I contacted the company again by email and asked them to either overnight a replacement or refund my money, otherwise I was going to file a fraud report with my credit card company.

Again, I received a response from Nicole C asking me to verify my address so that they could mail a replacement. I responded that the mailing address was correct.(Of course I had verified the address when I never received the product in the first place, and so should have the Original Keyless)
Long story short, never heard from them again. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY... At best, they have really lousy customer service, but from the looks of it, they are crooks. I have given them every opportunity to make this right.
Google the company, there are lots of people who have had the same experience with this company.
