Original Keyless HORRIBLE SERVICE Prescott Valley Arizona

I will not talk with emotions. I will give you facts and you will figure it out:

1- Order placed and confirmed received at 3:32 on April 5th.
2- Payment pulled at 11:00 on April 6th.
3- Email sent to the company's email on April 15th at 1020 AM as they state that product ships 72 hours after receiving payment. (No response).
4- Email sent to the company's email on April 16th at 1:43 PM. (No response).
5- Complaint filed with the Phoenix Better Business Bureau (complaints@phoenix.bbb.org)
5- Email received on April 18th at 8:31 AM with basic shipping info from the USPS which means nothing but that a label was created to ship the product (Not that it has been shipped).
6- Email sent at 8:40 on April 18th for an answer if the product was shipped.
7- Email sent to the Phoenix BBB with the company's response from April 18th.
9- Email received on April 25th reffering me to their website for their shipping process (which they did not abide by).
10- Email forwarded on April 25th to the BBB with the information that "I would contact my attorney and file a lawsuit for breach of contract".
11- Email received from the USPS on April 27th that the product was shipped.
12- Product arrived in Texas at 8:20 AM on May 1st.
13- I picked up my product on May 2nd at 9:29 AM
14- Email received May 3rd at 9:45 AM from the Phoenix BBB verifying that the issue was resolved and to notify me that the company never responded to their claim.

In short if you use this company you better not be in a hurry and be ready and willing to push the issue all the way if needed. The only way I coudl get results was to contact the Better Business Bureau who obviously did something because I got results after contacting them.
