Original Organics Slim Trim Fraud, Deceptive, False advertising, South Portland Maine

Ok I've seen where other people have complained about this company and what I have read is true. They do not follow through with their claims and the weight loss doesn't happen. When I talked to them I was offered a 75% refund in 5-7 business days or I could pay shipping fees and a lot of other money that would add up to more than they took out of my account before the 30 day trial was even up and it would take 3-7 weeks to get my refund.

I was told by one of the representitives that they start the billing cycle when you place the order not when they take the money out of your account which they don't mention when you sign up for this. I was under the assumption that I had 30 days from the time they take out the money and to use the product for 30 days before the trial was over. That isn't the case at all and that is how they get you in the end.

The representive went on to tell me that along with the shipping fees, I had to pay for insurance and quite a few other things in order to send it back for my guaranteed refund of the money I spent even with having the return package invoice sent with the product. Return shipping was suppose to be free with the shipping lable that I still have. I wound up recording the conversation from the point that he said I would get the 75% refund because even that seemed shady over the phone.

I am writing this report in hopes that it can help some other peoples claims and at least make the company responsble for their actions and make it to where they keep their word on this in the first place. To all other people researching this or thnking about trying it let me tell you i actually wound up gaining weight on this supplement I'm now at 300lbs when I started I was at 293lbs so that's a seven pound gain in one month not a loss. I have records of my weight before using their product up till I tryed to stop them from sending more of their product. Also be adviced that they charge you $79+ dollars and don't send you any other supplies of it so your first two free bottles of their product isn't free at all.

So to wrap it all up in a nutshell you wind up paying $87 dollars give or take a cent and you wind up gaining weight instead of losing it and even though they say you don't have to change your routine in the commercial they do say that you have to work out when you try to get the refund for the product.
