Oct 8, serched for my credit report. OTL Score Sense said they would do a free report three companies.
I just had cateract surgery and no where did I see where 29.95 would be taken from my account, just the dollar that was to be refunded.
I called tonight and they said the will refund the dollar, but not the 29.95.
this company is ripping people off, we are entitled to a free credit report and they take advantage of everyone, especially 70 year olds like me and half blind.
I used my debit/credit card with my bank

I talked to someone on the phone, they said it was out of their hands and there was nothing to be done. i called my bank today and they took the 29.95 off my account and said you need to release it on your end. Your person said it was 7 days to cancel when i talked to them yesterday, it was just 7 days and you cahrged me anyway. You lie to people by saying your dollar will be refunded, then you are sneaky and charge 29.95 and don't refund the dollar. So don't try to act all nice, because your person i talked to was not helpful at all. i want my money back and release it on your end today.
