My son was born on March 18th, 2009. During my hospital stay a very pushy sales person from Our365 came into my room and insisted that she had to take a picture of my baby for security purposes. This is not true. Despite my irritation with the sales woman/photographer, my husband decided to order a couple mugs with our sons picture on it for Mother's Day. This was on March 25th. When we received the mugs a few days later one was fine, but the other was horrible. The print quality was terrible and was barely recognizable. My son's skin was hot pink!!!
When I contacted Our365 to get the product replaced I was informed that they stopped doing business with that THIRD PARTY as of March 27th! 2 DAYS!!!!! Because they don't guarantee the quality of their third party vendors work, I was out of luck. No refund would be issued nor would they replace the poor quality product. The service person from 365 gave me the name of the third party (Qualex) but didn't have any contact information. When I looked up them up (Qualex) there is no contact information provided.
So now I am stuck with one poor quality mug and one nice one. I don't want to purchase another mug from this place because for all I know it will be crap, again, and they will spontaneously decide to stop doing business with that company and I'll be stuck with money spent on a crap product.
I find it highly suspicious an unethical for Our365 not to guarantee the quality of the products that they are advertising. Especially since they do not advertise them as being a 3rd Party, they advertise them as their own product. At no point during the sales process are you informed that you are purchasing a product from someone other than our365 or that the quality of the product is not guaranteed.
This is a horrible way to do business and not only am I filing a complaint here, I am contacting my Attorney General's office as well as the Hospital Administrator where I had my son. They should know who they are doing business with.

even if they dont work with them anymore, the actual company our365 keeps pictures on file for one year.then 6 weeks later they asre supposed to come out and take pics again for free and you pic a free 8x10,unless you want a package with the cheapest 99.the pic,reshoot b/c something was wrong with the first shoot, was blurry.i have 8x10s of pics i took and they look great.pic from them is blurry.baby wasnt even moving
