After the first year, we both noticed a rut starting the form in the center, and the bed just getting softer on both our sides.My side is really really soft. My wife's side is a little firmer but still much softer than when we got it. The support is completely gone on my side. I only weigh 230lb. I'm not light, but far from the point where the bed should break downafter only a few years.

To be fair, I have not called them to get a replacement. I think it has a ten year warranty, but the mattress hasn't been that comfortable where I want another one. Plus I'm affraid I'd have the same issue again. I wish I had spent the money on a real Temper pedic the first time. That's what I just bought today.

Would I recommendovernight mattress.com to my friends? No. But if your on a tight budget and only care about a low price they may be a good choice for you. I've seen similair beds at walmart though, so you may want to check them out too if your in the market. If you want the real deal and can spend a little extra, go with the Temper pedic. It's not worth buying a cheaper bed if you can afford the temper pedic. They will last a lot longer. My friend has had hers for 6 years and says it feels the same now as it did in the store.
