after doing months of research and 5 phone calls with questions, i finally deciced to buy a gel memory foam mattress from OvVernight Mattress. Everyone was very nice, and was explained to me that the mattress i wanted was on back order, and will take additional 2wks.

After almost 4 weeks, my mattress was delivered. Open it up and all i got was the mattress. The Gel memory foam which completes the mattress was not in the package. Checked the packing slip and it was highlighted that it was not shipped. The next day i called and called and called and finally spoke to someone, which i beleive was Vlad and was told the shipping people were separte and he would have to call them and call me back. Low and behold, no call back. 2 days went by, and i called back. Was told they were going through a owership transfer, and however he did not think that had anything to do with not getting my complete order, he would have to take my number and call me back. AGAIN, no call. The next day, i tried to call again, was told i was caller #2 and nobody came to phone. That is all i got for the next 5 days. The next time i tried to call, i could not even get through. I dialed the number and it just disconnected right away.

By this time, i have contacted the BBB which informed me that they were never accredited with them unlike the website stated and she was in fear the company went out of business. The next day, recieved email from BBB stated the company did in fact go out of business and the only thing i can do was dispute the charge wiht my bank.
