Overnight Recovery Software ripoff Patchogue New York

I purchased Refund Recovery's software with the understanding that they would help me with getting customers or at least telling me how to do the software and get started but all I received was two (2) CD's that has the name Refund Recovery version A and B. Nothing else for $77.00 plus shipping & handling. I tried to call the number that was on the website and all I got was the automated crap. I had a free 30 days to
try it out and if I kept it for 31 days I was not allowed a refund. That is pretty much standard for all the other websites

I have visited so I thought nothing of this but this is B.S.. They have never offered me any kind of help or checked to see if things were running smoothly. If you are running such a legit business then you would check with an e-mail or phone call. Most that I have dealt with have bugged the tar out of me to come aboard just because I went to their web address. No so with this company. Pissed me off tremendously. I want a refund of $88.00 from them but I don't know where my receipt
is. I used my mother's credit card and that was over a year ago.
