My wife and I bought two used vehicle from you in late February, a Kia Sorento (we were promised a second remote control for the Kia and never received one) and a Subaru Legacy Outback. All though the Kia has had a few problems here and there we are very happy with it. The Subaru though has had one problem after another to the point where we will have to get yet another vehicle after just 4 short months! The oil leaks so badly that I cant park in the driveway and has to be filled almost every three days or it runs out of oil, and there is not a working sensor to tell me this either- or does the gas gauge work. It smells horrible when it runs for very long and if I run the air conditioning and the
cruise control from Prescott Valley to Prescott it smokes horribly and smells even worse.

When we bought this vehicle I told the sales woman that I drive hundreds of miles a week for work and would need a dependable vehicle. I was told that even though the Subaru was a 96 it was a dependable vehicle that
would work perfectly for me. I drive children that are wards of the state in the foster care system to supervise their visitation with their biological families. If my vehicle is unreliable and I am unable to do my job then I will lose my job- the only income my family of four has. Twice a week I have to transport people to Mesa for their visitation and I cant use my on vehicle- I have to use the Kia and this is not right!!

We paid $4000 for a vehicle that in 4 months time I have to try to figure out how to trade in, who do you think will give me anything close to what I over paid for it!? What can you do to fix this situation and make it right? I would love to be able to tell my family, friends, co-workers, CPS, foster parents and even bio parents what a great dealership Oxendale is in Prescott Valley and how when they made a mistake selling a car that wasnt up to par they fixed the problem as soon as they knew there was a problem.

I am sad to say that after sending you a letter about a bad deal we received from your Prescott Valley dealership we gave them another try and got yet another bad car! On Saturday August 4th we bought a Kia Rio, on Monday August 6th I was stranded on the side of the road in Phoenix in an area I had never been before with a dead car. As it turned out the engine seized, after having 2 more engines put in it- both of which either seized or didn't drive above 40mph we still have no vehicle. After asking to have our money and car back we were blown off and told that the warranty company was providing us with a rental. We dont want a rental we simply want this nightmare to be over so that we can find a reliable and trustworthy vehicle from a trustworthy dealership. I would like to get this resolved and have a happy outcome for everyone. As a teacher I do not have a lot of money and definitely do not have any extra money! Buying that car used my entire savings and I have nothing in return except for another bad experience at your dealership.
