Oxford Tax They charged me thousands of dollars to take care of my previous tax debt, and have done nothing in return Chicago Illinois

I have paid these people over $4000.00 to handle my tax debt for the past three years because I was a owner operator with a LLC and I ended up owing state and federal taxes over a 5 year period that I could not afford to pay because my business ended up going under only after the 2nd year because of the outraugous fee's that I was charged, and the fact that my pay was reduced by the company that I was working for by almost 50% by the second year I was working for them...

Plus I started the company with a LLC which usually means that I couldn't get sued personally for debt that I was not aware of.

But this company took thousands of dollars from me for over six months, to supposedly take care of my tax debt...and still to this date 9-14-2018 they have done nothing to help me take care of this issue...

they have cost me thousands plus have also commited mail fraud because they have accepted my monies through the mail and have not done what they told me they would do????

I need a refund of all funds I have paid to this company, and I want to let everyone else know that they are scammers and fraudulant people..
