Pacific Capital Finance Carter Sanders and Jessica Rowan REFUSED TO REFUND OVER $13,000 Irvin California

I was looking for a loan to purchase a big piece of equipment for my shop. 

After dealing with Mr Sanders via phone for a couple of weeks, he made me feel comfortable enough and confident that I would get this loan for sure with them.  He assured me that it pretty much was a done deal.  I just needed to wire or mail him 1st and last month's payment and loan fees. 

Again, with his assurance of this loan being a 'done deal" I overnighted the funds to him.  I overnighted a total of $13,179.00.   After they Carter Sanders and Pacific Capital Finance received the money, I was pretty much given the run around. 

All of a sudden they needed a lot more documents then previously requested.  We email documents they requested.  We continued to get request for more documents.  After so many request, we decided this is not going anywhere.  We decided to ask them to refund our money.  They started to ignore all types of communication, phone calls, emails, voice mail messages, etc.. 

Back in the beginning of January 2017 he anwered one of my calls and said we would be refunded the money. 

This whole mess started back in November 2016.  My last email to Mr. Sanders was on 1/12/17 inquiring about refund and once again, there has been no reply/answers as to when the refund will be coming. 

As far as I'm concern this is a company that likes to scam innocent people into accepting their offer and then pretty much ripping them off. 

I will also be filing a report with the better business bureau.  Not sure if I can, but if possible I will also try to obtain an attorney in California to fight them and stop them. 

Shame on you Mr. Carter Sanders, Jessica Rowan and Pacific Capital Finance for scamming hard working people.  Hope you get what your deserve one day.  You can not continue to rob people and think its okay.  Pathetic is what you are!!!
