Read the other complaints about Pacific Coast Home Solutions and know they are the truth. You will be told that their sales reps are "marketing" a territory and want to make you the "showcase home" to give you a fantastic discount. Their lies are so transparent that it is a joke, and they want you to sit through an hour or more  "presentation" to make you feel better about their dog and pony show.

Then they drop a price on the table and want  the customer to sign a contract for thousands of dollars the same day, if you want the deep discount that is. I'll bet you a dollar that their owner, or their employees won't sign any contract like the one they drop on your kitchen table. And, when you want to cancel the order, you get some BS from the General Manager who starts the magical dance to keep your order going. Compare prices and just notice how they are gouging, stabbing you in the back to make a buck, and laugh all the way to the bank.

Add to that that they call you even though you are on the do not call list and then their employees just laugh at you and tell you to file a complaint.

Don't deal with them....period. They don't have any scruples or morals. This is the perfect definition of "buyer beware". Run for you life! Better yet, don't answer the door when they arrive or tell them to get the hell off your property!

Unfortunately, this complaint-along with all the others profess the same song and dance. I would love to offer a remedy to this so called individual who seeks out to post on how miserable PCHS is. Customers do not have knowledge of the inside operations to the company structure and functionality. We are a well established- BBB Rated A company that has had substantial growth over the past couple years. Due to our success we've had a couple people (unsuccessful business owners and unhappy ex-employees) take the time out to bash us all throughout the internet. This is not a forewarning to

any of our future customers- this is a serious malicious crime this individual is committing. He, who has signed up multiple accounts on certain sites only to have conversations with himself may have been a petty problem at one point. This problem has grown into an investigation that is now in the hands of

authorities. We have a good management that works just as hard as the next. We do not sell customers anything they do not want. AS with any other company or product people are selling- we have a good sales team lead by top notch leaders.  Nobody is being forced to buy anything, anywhere - especially in the comfort of their own home. This is an at will operation as with the next contractor. We have well established partnerships with products we stand behind- all eco-friendly, energy-efficient bill busters that can help families save expendential amounts ongoing. If our product and sales rep make a successful sale- we find nothing wrong in that, whatsover. It's a win-win for the customer and the company. THIS IS BUSINESS. We wouldn't have growth and letters swarming in from happy customers pleased with our service and our products if the claims laid out here was the case.  They are happy with the personal attention we offer and respect the professionalism of our crews. In fact most would use us again for their next home improvement project!



All I can say is, we do a good job. PCHS works very hard to insure all customers are satisfied from the beginning of the process all to the end. We've got good products, good staff, and good crews. Whether our sales guy offered a discount in their area or extended a gas company rebate that was going at the time- it shouldn't matter. Like any other company big or small- we offer promotions, big deal?



We also have the ability to offer creative financing and deferred payments- another benefit to the consumer that wants to get work done on their property but can't afford it all at once. Alot of contractors do not have that option therefore they lose the job to a company such as ours. 



Thank you giving me another platform to justify the choices of our customers and reasons behind their choices. Also, thanks for enforcing how knowledgable and professional our sales reps are. Our presentations and training pay off. We invest in the individuals employed with us- providing them

extensive paid training in the position they fill.

I have read your complaint and can not find anywhere if you are a previous customer, disgruntled employee or why or how you got "ripped off".
