Received an autodialed call from PacificTel 253-382-9901 offering to reduce credit card interest rates.  The agent was unable to tell me who he represented, who he was trying to reach or what cards he was calling in regards to, which was suspicious.  I told them that I do not provide personal information for unsolicited calls.  I am on the national do not call list, so I should not be getting solicitations from companies that I do not do business with.  I hung up, and called the number on caller ID back, and it asked for the number that should be added to their do not call list.  Obviously looking to scam individuals into providing personally identifying information that can be used for identity theft/fraud.
